Mike Spencer - Managing Director Mike is the Founding Director of Perform Cleaning. In late 2002 Mike felt that although there were many successful cleaning companies in the Auckland market, what was missing was 'true' customer service and 'professional' supervision, to ensure that the expectation of you, our client, is met at all stages throughout the contract. Thus our 'Vision' was born. He brings to the company almost 30 years of experience; having worked at all levels within the cleaning industry. Starting as a cleaner on the floor through to an Area Manager of a large multi-national company. His range of experience through this period includes schools (Primary to Tertiary), shopping centres/malls, industrial premises and large sporting facilities.  Stephen joined Perform Cleaning during it's inception. Stephen has a hospitality background spanning almost 24 years and worked in many senior management roles. He also spent 3.5 years working in the I.T. sector of hospitality. Bringing these skills to Perform Cleaning means the 'behind-the-scene' operations runs smoothly and efficiently. Stephen manages the Administration and Payroll systems of Perform Cleaning; supporting Mike and all team members.
